Morning Boot Camp - Following last Summer's great success and by popular demand, Physiofit Studio together with Coach Séan are offering again this highly-effective HIIT Training Workout in time for any New Year's resolution, from Beginner to Advances.
This is an Early Morning Boot Camp Class incorporating a wide range of HIIT Training exercises to wake you up and kick start your day.
Get the workout in before the work day for increased energy and mood throughout the day with more time in the guilt-free evenings.
What to expect from the Sunrise Fitness Boot Camp:
Resistance based exercises, using equipment such as kettlebells and TRX but also combining with high intensity cardio such as boxing and interval training Strength building and fat loss exercises Suitable for all fitness levels
